By accessing or using Foundi (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Foundi provides QR code-based safety profiles that allow users to share selected contact information when their QR code is scanned. The Service includes personal profiles, family member profiles, and organizational member management.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day cycle. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Foundi. You retain ownership of the content you provide (profile information, contact details). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your content as part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Foundi is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
