  • Profile information: name, city, phone, messaging handles (Telegram, WhatsApp), social links
  • Scan data: when and where your QR code is scanned (city, country)
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Display your chosen contact information when your QR code is scanned
  • Send you important notifications about your account
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve and develop the Service

3. What We Share

When someone scans your QR code, they see only the contact information you have chosen to display. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • When required by law

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Your Privacy Controls

You have full control over your profile:

  • Choose which contact methods to display (toggle on/off)
  • Enable or disable anonymous profile visibility
  • Update or delete your profile information at any time
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and language preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Children

Foundi may be used by parents and guardians to create profiles for children. These profiles are managed by the parent/guardian and follow the same privacy controls.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
